Is GoNxt really free for organisers?
Yes. Your venue page, your events, indexing of your website and analytics are free. You only pay when you promote an event (per click) or sell paid tickets (4% + €0.65 per ticket).
My events are already on GoNxt. How?
GoNxtBot reads the public agenda on your website, like a search engine does. It respects robots.txt and always links back to your own page.
How do I claim my venue?
Look up your venue on gonxt.eu/venues and click “Claim”. Sign in with an email address on the same domain as your website and it’s yours right away. Otherwise we check it by hand, usually within a working day.
Will the crawler overwrite my changes?
No. Fields you edit yourself are never overwritten by the crawler.
Can I add events that aren’t on my website?
Yes. After you sign in, add events by hand from your dashboard.
How do I get my site removed?
Block GoNxtBot in your robots.txt, or ask us via the help docs. We then remove your site and its events.
How does paying for promotion work?
You pay a total budget up front (from €25, plus VAT) and set a maximum price per click. You pay just enough per click to beat the next ad, never more than your maximum. When the budget is spent or the event is over, the ads stop. Unused budget stays as credit for your next campaign.
When do I get paid for tickets?
Ticket money is paid out via Stripe to your own Stripe account, on Stripe’s payout schedule.
