Terms for organisers

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use GoNxt as an organiser or venue: listing events, claiming a venue, promoting events and selling tickets. By creating an organiser account you accept them.

2. Your account

Use correct details and keep your sign-in secure. You may only claim a venue or organisation you are allowed to represent. We may ask for proof and may undo a claim that turns out to be wrong.

3. Your events and content

You are responsible for the events you publish: they must be real, legal and correctly described (date, place, price). You keep the rights to your texts and images and give GoNxt permission to show them on GoNxt and in links shared from GoNxt, for as long as the event is listed.

We may refuse or remove events that are misleading, illegal, hateful or spam.

4. Indexing of your website

GoNxt reads public event information from websites that robots.txt allows, and always links back to the source. You can stop this at any time by blocking GoNxtBot in robots.txt or by asking us. Fields you edit on GoNxt are never overwritten by indexing.

5. Promoting events

Promoted events are always marked as sponsored. You pay a total budget up front (plus VAT) and set a maximum price per click for each placement, at least the minimum shown. You pay per click, just enough to beat the next ad, and never more than your maximum price per click or the budget you paid. Views are free. Clicks we consider invalid are not charged, such as clicks from bots, repeated clicks by the same person or network within 24 hours, your own clicks and clicks without a preceding view.

A promotion stops automatically when the budget is spent or the event is over. You can add budget, pause, resume or stop it at any time. Unused budget stays as credit on your account and is used first for your next promotion.

6. Selling tickets

For paid tickets GoNxt charges 4% of the ticket price plus €0.65 per ticket. Tickets for free events are free. You choose whether the buyer pays this fee on top of the ticket price or whether it is deducted from your revenue.

Payments run through Stripe and are paid out to your own Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms. You are the seller of the ticket: you are responsible for the event, for refunds when an event is cancelled or changed, and for any taxes on your ticket sales. Our fee is not refunded when you refund a ticket, unless the refund is caused by a mistake on our side.

7. Invoices

Fees for promotions and tickets are invoiced electronically. Prices on this website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep GoNxt available and correct, but cannot guarantee it is never down or that indexed information is always complete. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your organiser account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Tickets already sold remain valid and must be honoured.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes before they apply. Belgian law applies; the courts of Antwerp are competent.
