This website (organisers.gonxt.eu) explains GoNxt to organisers. It has no forms, sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
What this website stores
Nothing about you. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for up to 14 days, only to keep the site secure and working. They are not shared or used for profiling.
Fonts
Text is shown in the Inter and Inter Tight fonts, loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google’s servers, which see your IP address. Google’s privacy policy applies to that request.
When you sign in or claim a venue
Signing in, claiming a venue, promoting events and selling tickets happen on gonxt.eu. The GoNxt privacy policy on gonxt.eu explains what data is used there and why.
GoNxtBot and your website
GoNxtBot only reads public pages that robots.txt allows. From those pages it uses the event details listed on our indexing page. You can block it at any time in robots.txt or ask us to remove your site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Contact us via the help docs at gonxt.documentify.eu. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
